The Cyprus Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for severe thunderstorms and hail, valid from 11 PM tonight until 6 PM tomorrow. The storms are expected to primarily affect mountainous, inland, and northern regions. Stronger winds are also forecast. In the coming days, the weather will remain unstable with the possibility of rain and thunderstorms, mainly in the south, inland, and mountainous areas. The temperature will rise slightly on Thursday and Saturday, approaching the climatic averages. The snow height at Chionistra is currently 24 centimeters.
