Eurozone Bond Yields Fall Amid ECB Rate Cut Speculation

Eurozone short-term bond yields fell on Wednesday, following comments from ECB policymaker Martin Cocher regarding the possibility of revisiting rate cuts should the euro strengthen further. A stronger euro could lower inflation, as the eurozone is a net energy importer. Markets have already slightly increased bets on a rate cut by summer, with around a 25% probability by July.
