A new analysis by Landbank Analytics maps the areas driving the Cypriot real estate market from January to October 2025. Limassol holds the lion's share in transaction value, with Germasogeia leading the way with sales of €351.5 million and an average selling price of €583,905. The Municipality of Limassol follows with €274 million and the Kourion area with €111.7 million. Paphos stands out for its high average selling prices, with Akamas holding the top spot at over €646,000, while Larnaca excels in transaction volume, with the Municipality of Larnaca recording the highest number of sales (927) with a total value of €207.2 million. Finally, Nicosia maintains a stable value for the middle class, with the Municipality of Nicosia recording 624 transactions with a total value of €130 million.
