Over 1000 Killed in Middle East – Numbers Reported by Countries

More than 1000 people have been killed in the Middle East since February 28th, following attacks by the US and Israel on Iran. Gulf countries and Lebanon have been at the center of the conflict. According to country reports, at least 1,270 people have been killed in Iran, 594 in Lebanon, 16 in Iraq, 12 in Israel, 7 in the United States, 4 in Syria, 4 in the United Arab Emirates, 2 in Saudi Arabia, 2 in Bahrain, and 2 in Kuwait. These numbers have not been independently verified. Iran reports over 1,300 civilian deaths, while the Iranian army announced the death of 104 sailors. The situation remains fluid and clashes continue.
