Cyprus, Greece, and Israel to Hold Joint Military Exercises

Cyprus will participate in joint military exercises with Greece and Israel in 2026, as part of the GEAF's cooperation program. The Minister of Defence, Vasilis Palmas, stated that the exercises will include training, personnel development, and military operations aimed at improving the capabilities of the three armies. Similar exercises are planned with other friendly countries, such as Egypt and Jordan, while a joint naval exercise with Egypt was recently completed. The agreement for the exercises has been signed by military officials from the three countries, but the exact date will be determined by the military staffs according to needs and conditions.
