«ΝΟΤΑΜ» έναντι της ΝΟΤΑΜ A0345/26 της ΚΔ υποστηρίζει ότι εξέδωσε το «υπουργείο μεταφορών» του ψευδοκράτος με το πρόσχημα ότι «εμπίπτει στον εναέριο χώρο του Ερτζιάν».
Όπως μεταδίδεται στα κατεχόμενα, ανακοίνωση του «υπουργείου» αναφέρει ότι η NOTAM της ΚΔ αφορά μια μεγάλη θαλάσσια περιοχή που καλύπτει τα νότια και ανατολικά του νησιού για πιθανές στρατιωτικές δραστηριότητες εκεί.
Το «υπουργείο» υποστηρίζει ότι «η ΤΔΒΚ είναι η μόνη εξουσιοδοτημένη αρχή για την παροχή υπηρεσιών εναέριας κυκλοφορίας και πληροφοριών αεροπορίας στον δικό της εναέριο χώρο» και η ΝΟΤΑΜ της ΚΔ είναι «άκυρη και άκυρη».

“NOTAM” from the pseudo-state in response to the Republic of Cyprus’ NOTAM
The pseudo-state issued a “NOTAM” in response to the Republic of Cyprus’ NOTAM A0345/26, claiming that the Cypriot NOTAM concerns a large maritime area that falls within the airspace of “Erzian”. The “Ministry of Transport” of the pseudo-state claims that the TRNC is the only authorized authority to provide air traffic services in its own airspace and characterizes the Cypriot NOTAM as “invalid”. This move represents an escalation of tensions in the region and a challenge to Cyprus’ sovereign rights. The Republic of Cyprus issued the aforementioned NOTAM for potential military activities in the area, while the pseudo-state seeks to impose its own jurisdiction on the airspace.
