Panathinaikos is proceeding with a new Share Capital Increase (SCI) of €17.5 million, approved at the shareholders' General Assembly in December 2025 and registered in the General Commercial Registry. This amount represents the annual funding from Yannis Alafouzou for the smooth operation of the team. The SCI process will last until January 16, 2026, with the issuance of 58,333,334 new shares with a nominal value of €0.30. 10% of the new shares will be allocated to the founding sports association, while the remaining shares will be sold at €0.34 per share. Shareholders have pre-emptive rights until January 16, 2026, by depositing the value of the shares at Piraeus Bank.
