Mousiouttas: Labor Rights in the Age of AI and Housing at EPSCO

The Minister of Labor and Social Insurance, Marinos Mousiouttas, is chairing the Employment and Social Policy Council of the EU in Brussels, where important issues such as skills shortages, the need for lifelong learning, labor rights in the age of Artificial Intelligence, and affordable housing will be discussed. The Cypriot Presidency of the EU emphasizes the promotion of skills, innovation, and sustainable development. Nobel laureate economist Sir Christopher Pissarides will participate in the discussion on Artificial Intelligence, sharing his knowledge on creating quality jobs and protecting workers. Simultaneously, the issue of affordable housing will be examined, with an exchange of views and best practices for shaping targeted policies. Minister Mousiouttas stressed the importance of social progress and the creation of quality jobs, alongside the economic strength of Europe.
