Mexico: OnlyFans Model Denies Being the Girlfriend Who Led Authorities to ‘El Mencho’

Mexican influencer and OnlyFans model, Maria Julissa, has categorically denied claims that she was the girlfriend who led authorities to notorious drug lord ‘El Mencho’. These accusations against the model began circulating widely on Spanish-language social media, following the publication – according to users – of a photograph allegedly created with artificial intelligence showing Maria Julissa with the infamous drug baron Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes. “Baseball Barbie” Targeted with Threats The 25-year-old model – with over 3.5 million followers on Instagram – found herself at the center of intense online attacks. Julissa, also known as “Baseball Barbie” due to her involvement with baseball as a content creator, was also the target of public threats. A banner posted on a bridge in Zapopan, Jalisco state, western Mexico, accused her of “betraying” the New Generation Jalisco Cartel (CJNG), with local authorities stating they were aware of the threats. Despite the rumors, no official source has linked the young influencer to the deceased cartel leader, while she insists the allegations against her are “completely false” and dangerous. OnlyFans Model: “I have nothing to do with this case” In a post, Julissa clarified: “I want to make it absolutely clear: I have nothing to do with this situation.” As she stated, the information circulating is “false and unfounded,” calling on the public not to fall victim to fake news and to refer to official sources. Mexican authorities have not revealed the identity of the woman who allegedly visited Oseguera at a mountain resort in Tapalpa, Jalisco state, leaving room for rumors and speculation. How ‘El Mencho’ Was Located According to Mexico’s Defense Minister, Ricardo Treviño, security forces were able to locate the CJNG leader through a “romantic partner.” As the Mexican minister stated, intelligence services identified a person from the woman’s inner circle, finding that she had been transferred to the mountain community of Tapalpa, where the wanted cartel leader was hiding. After she left the complex, special forces of the Mexican army operated at the scene. A fierce exchange of fire with cartel gunmen followed, resulting in the fatal shooting of Oseguera and the extermination of his collaborators.
