Argument Escalates into Hospital Trip - Two Injured

A 23-year-old man was arrested in Larnaca following a report of conspiracy to commit a felony, assault causing grievous bodily harm, injury, and carrying a knife. According to the report, the 23-year-old had an argument with three people in an apartment building, and then called his friends, who attacked the complainants and injured two of them with a sharp object. The two injured, aged 25 and 30, were taken to Larnaca General Hospital, where it was found that the 25-year-old had injuries to his back and the 30-year-old to his hand. Both received first aid and were discharged. The Police proceeded with the arrest of the 23-year-old to facilitate investigations and is expected to be brought before the Larnaca District Court for the issuance of an arrest warrant. The Larnaca TAE continues investigations to determine all the circumstances of the incident and identify the remaining persons involved.
