Kremlin: Trump 'Shocked' by Alleged Ukrainian Drone Attack on Putin's Residence

According to Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov, Donald Trump expressed shock and outrage over the alleged Ukrainian attack using 91 drones on the residence of Vladimir Putin in the Novgorod region. Trump reportedly stated that “thank God we didn't give Tomahawks to Kiev.” The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that the attack would lead to a review of Moscow's negotiating position. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy vehemently denied the claims, calling them “lies” and accusing Russia of attempting to undermine peace talks and prepare the ground for new attacks on Kyiv. Zelenskyy emphasized that Russia uses similar tactics to sabotage diplomatic efforts. The White House confirmed a phone call between Trump and Putin, describing it as “positive,” while Trump called it “productive.”
