Emirates to Build New Cabin Crew Village in Dubai Investments Park

Emirates has signed an agreement with Dubai Investments Park (DIP) to acquire land for the development of a new cabin crew village. The investment, worth billions of dirhams, will include a mixed-use residential development capable of accommodating up to 12,000 cabin crew members. Construction will begin in the second quarter of 2026, with the first phase expected to be completed in 2029. The village will consist of 20 modern buildings with one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, designed for the comfort and functionality of the crew. Emirates emphasizes that this investment is part of its commitment to the well-being of its staff, while DIP states that the collaboration strengthens Dubai's position as a global hub for business.
