Elon Musk's Work Philosophy: 'Hard Work Leads to Greater Success'

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, is known for his work ethic characterized by hard work and ambitious goals. He believes that dedication and long hours are crucial factors for success, arguing that the more time someone spends on a project, the more they can achieve. In the early years of his career, Musk and his brother, Kimball, worked tirelessly, sleeping in the office and using a public gym for showers. Despite limited resources, such as only one computer they had to share, they managed to build their first company. Musk states that he works hard every waking hour, and calculates that if someone works twice as many hours as another, they will have twice the productivity in a year. This mindset was also evident during the difficult Model 3 production period in 2018, when he slept at the factory to personally monitor the progress of work. Recently, his work ethic has returned to the forefront due to the record-breaking compensation package he received from Tesla, worth $1 trillion. To fully qualify for it, he must achieve a series of extremely ambitious goals, such as selling 20 million vehicles annually and developing 1 million robotaxis. Despite the challenges, Musk encourages investors to join the effort, believing that with hard work these goals are achievable.
