Cyprus Remains a Safe and Reliable Destination

The Limassol Tourism Development Association (LTDA) held meetings with representatives of the Limassol Hotel Association (LHA) and the Association of Cyprus Tourist Enterprises (ACTE) to assess the situation in the tourism sector due to regional developments and discuss ways to further enhance the quality of Limassol's tourism product. The President of the LTDA, Mr. Andreas Tsouloftas, emphasized that Cyprus remains a safe and stable destination, while Mr. Christos Tsanos, President of the LHA, stated that demand remains stable, with only slight differences compared to last year. Ms. Revveka Pieridou, a member of ACTE, estimated that any losses in the current period will be recovered in the coming months, in anticipation of Easter holidays. All representatives stressed the importance of coordination between tourism stakeholders to ensure the stability and resilience of Limassol's tourism product. The LTDA emphasizes the importance of calm, cooperation, and coordination, as well as the continuation of promotional activities for Limassol in international markets.
