The program, titled AI Leadership & Strategic Transformation for Senior Executives, is aimed at senior business executives and focuses on the strategic role of Artificial Intelligence in decision-making, organizational transformation, and leadership. Participants will examine how AI is reshaping markets and business models, analyze human-AI collaboration and its organizational implications, as well as the applications of AI agents and automation in management. Issues of leadership, ethics, and trust in the age of algorithms will also be discussed. The program will be taught by distinguished faculty members from the Miami Herbert Business School, with experience in both academic research and practical application. Among the instructors are Dr. Paul Pavlou, Dean of the Business School, Dr. Robert Gregory, Associate Professor, and Dr. Angelika Dimoka, Professor of Business Technology. The aim of the program is to equip senior executives with the necessary tools and frameworks to leverage artificial intelligence as a catalyst for creating a competitive advantage and successfully addressing the challenges of digital transformation.
