AI Leadership & Strategic Transformation Program to be Held in Cyprus

The University of Miami – Miami Herbert Business School is organizing an international educational program in Cyprus, at the Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort, focusing on AI Leadership & Strategic Transformation. The program, scheduled to take place from January 30th to February 1st, 2026, is aimed at senior and executive-level managers. It focuses on the strategic role of Artificial Intelligence in decision-making, organizational transformation, and modern leadership, not from a technical perspective, but from the side of value creation, risk management, and business strategy. Participants will gain practical tools to leverage AI as a competitive advantage. The program includes modules on how AI reshapes markets and business models, human-AI collaboration, applications of AI agents and automation, as well as leadership, ethics, and trust issues in the age of algorithms. Distinguished faculty members from the Miami Herbert Business School will teach the program, with expertise in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, strategic management, and user behavior in digital systems. Among the instructors are Dr. Paul Pavlou, Dr. Robert Gregory, Dr. Angelika Dimoka, and Dr. Marianna Makri.
