Suspect in Larnaaca Stabbing Arrested in the North

The alleged perpetrator of the attempted murder in Larnaaca, which took place last Friday, has been located and arrested in the occupied territories. The 30-year-old man surrendered to the authorities of the Republic of Cyprus through the Bi-Communal Technical Committee on Crime and was taken into custody by the Larnaaca Police. He is expected to appear in court for a remand hearing. The victim, a 31-year-old man, was attacked with a knife and injured in the abdomen, and the suspect is also accused of stealing the victim's mobile phone. During the investigation at the victim's apartment, drugs and a sum of money were found, suggesting a possible connection to other illegal activities.
