A Greek Cypriot who had been arrested in the occupied territories on February 10th while collecting wild greens near Gerolakkos was released on bail from the "provincial court" in occupied Nicosia. The initial charge was "illegal possession of explosives" due to the discovery of hunting cartridges in his vehicle, for which he was forced to pay a bail of 1 million Turkish liras. However, a new charge for violating a "military prohibited zone" is pending, resulting in him having to appear in a "military court" on Thursday, February 19th.
