Chiara Ferragni Acquitted of Fraud Charges in Pandoro Case

Chiara Ferragni has been acquitted of fraud charges in the Pandoro product case, which concerned advertising campaigns linked to charitable initiatives. The prosecution argued that these campaigns were presented misleadingly, but the judges ruled that there was no fraud with aggravating circumstances. Ferragni had already paid over three million euros in compensation. The Italian consumer association Codacons withdrew its lawsuit after the promise of compensation. Ferragni herself stated she was relieved that the "nightmare" was over and thanked her supporters.
