The temperature will drop to 4 degrees Celsius inland, 8 degrees on the coast, and 0 degrees in the mountains, with the possibility of frost in the mountains and foothills. On Tuesday, the weather will gradually become cloudier, with local showers and thunderstorms in the evening, as well as snow or sleet on the highest peaks of Troodos. On Wednesday, local showers, thunderstorms, and snow in the mountains are expected. On New Year's Day, the weather will be partly cloudy, with a possibility of light showers and snow in the mountains. The temperature will rise slightly until Wednesday and fall slightly on New Year's Day, remaining close to the average climatic values.
