Cyprus Loans Increase by €71.5m, Deposits by €330.8m in November

In November 2025, loans in Cyprus saw a net increase of €71.5 million, with loans to households rising by €50 million. Simultaneously, total deposits increased by €330.8 million, with deposits from residents of Cyprus accounting for the largest portion of the increase (€258.6 million). The total outstanding balance of loans reached €26.8 billion, while deposits stood at €57.9 billion. The increase in deposits was smaller compared to October, while the annual rate of change for both deposits and loans increased. The rise in deposits primarily came from households and non-financial corporations.
