Ford Recalls 615,000 Vehicles Due to Windshield Wiper and Driveshaft Issues

Ford is recalling a total of 615,964 vehicles in the United States due to two separate technical issues. The first recall affects 604,533 Explorer, Escape, Lincoln Aviator, and Lincoln Corsair vehicles from the 2020-2022 model years due to a potential failure of the windshield wiper motor, which could reduce visibility and increase the risk of an accident. The second recall involves 11,431 vehicles due to a potential failure in the driveshaft friction weld, which could lead to a loss of power.
