Attorney General Requests Lifting of Marinos Sizopoulos' Immunity

The Legal Service has requested the lifting of the immunity of EDEK MP Marinos Sizopoulos from the Supreme Court. The examination of the request is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and is linked to the Legal Service's intention to proceed with a criminal investigation based on a report by the Anti-Corruption Authority.
